Mrs. Eyesha Raheel Khan,

Founder and Director

As the Director of Westminster Academy Islamabad, I am deeply committed to our institution’s core values of inclusive and holistic education. With extensive experience and unwavering dedication, I hold dual responsibilities: overseeing the school and leading the Counseling Department.

Founding the Counseling Department: I established our counseling services, recognizing their pivotal role in students’ holistic development. My vision was clear: personalized attention for every learner.

Samar Asad,
Guidance Counsellor

Every student has unique potential, and my goal is to help them turn their ambitions into achievable plans. Through personalized counselling and strategic guidance, I support students in making informed academic and career decisions that align with their strengths, interests, and long-term goals.

With over eight years of experience in the education sector, I am proud to be recognized as one of the region’s leading guidance counsellors, having supported more than 5,000 students across Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and beyond. I specialize in counselling A Level, IGCSE, O Level, and BTEC students, guiding them through subject selection, profile building, and university applications.

My students have gained admission to leading universities across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Malaysia, China, and other global destinations, and have secured millions of dollars in scholarships. I strongly believe in maximizing scholarship and financial aid opportunities so that students can access quality education worldwide.

To stay aligned with global admissions trends, I have visited leading universities in the United States, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, allowing me to provide informed and up-to-date guidance to students and families.

My work has been recognized through several honors, including the USEFP Student Choice Award, a British Council Distinction in UK university applications, and Top Counsellor Nationwide in the 2025 UNIVER Counsellor’s Competition. After previously serving at Westminster School, I continue to remain committed to helping students achieve their academic and career goals with clarity and confidence.

Saadia Shaukat,

With 9 years as a career counselor and 12 years in academia, I recognize the crucial role that guidance counselors play in helping students choose the right career path after higher education. My experience has fueled my passion for bridging the gap, assisting students in identifying their passions and selecting the right subject combinations. I guide them toward the right colleges and professions, ensuring they make informed choices for their future.

As a career counselor, one of the primary responsibilities is exploring opportunities and guiding students through the process of identifying their true passions and core values. By having one-on-one discussions, I help students understand their skills, strengths, and areas of interest. This allows them to make informed decisions about the future and choose career paths that align with their personal goals.

Guiding Students Towards Success
A crucial part of the counseling process involves researching the best-fit colleges and programs that match each student’s profile. As a guidance counselor, I assist in profile building, ensuring students present themselves in the best light to potential institutions and employers. Additionally, setting realistic expectations and discussing actionable plans helps students stay focused and motivated while pursuing their academic and professional dreams.

Asma Rabab,
Guidance Counsellor

As a seasoned guidance counselor with over 16 years of experience, I am proud to serve at Westminster Academy Islamabad, guiding students through the pivotal stages of their academic and personal development. Over the years, I have played a critical role in helping students unlock their potential and achieve their aspirations. My journey has been filled with diverse opportunities—from college counseling and leadership development to mentoring students in overcoming challenges and shaping their life goals. Empowering young minds to thrive both academically and personally remains my unwavering commitment.

Integrated Perspective: I believe education transcends the boundaries of the classroom. Extracurricular activities, global programs, and experiential learning opportunities are essential to shaping well-rounded individuals. On a personal level, I encourage students to take up holistic activities for advanced skills development, and introduce them to opportunities that allow them to serve their respective communities, and pursue personal growth outside traditional academics.

Empowerment and Advocacy: I am passionate about creating opportunities for students, from securing scholarships and financial aid to crafting strategic pathways for university placements. Whether helping them craft compelling essays or navigate personal challenges, I strive to empower every student to reach their fullest potential.

Hasan Jamal,
Guidance Counsellor

As a recent addition to our team, I am honored to serve as the Guidance Counselor at Westminster Academy Islamabad. With over seven years of experience in education, I have been in multiple roles—from teaching and subject leadership to college counseling, debate coaching, and even starting a volleyball team. My journey has been diverse, but my focus remains unwavering: empowering high school students to thrive both academically and personally. 

Key Contributions: 

Holistic Approach: I believe that education extends beyond textbooks. Extracurricular activities, projects, and societies play a crucial role in shaping well-rounded individuals. I have created and led numerous initiatives that bridge classroom learning with real-world application. 

Passion and Fulfillment: Life is too short for the typical. I encourage students to forge their own paths, chase their passions, and find fulfillment. Whether it’s through spirited debates, athletic pursuits, or community service, I emphasize the importance of living authentically.
