Introducing The Youngpreneur Launchpad: A Pathway to Future Business Ventures

In today’s dynamic and interconnected world, the traditional career paths of medicine and engineering no longer represent the full spectrum of opportunities available to our young people. As educators, it is essential that we equip our students with the skills and mindset necessary to thrive in the 21st century. We are therefore excited to introduce The Youngpreneur Launchpad, a targeted initiative for students in grades 4 and 5, designed to foster entrepreneurial thinking and skill development.

This initiative aims to build confidence, enhance communication skills and introduce fundamental business concepts essential for entrepreneurial success. By engaging students in activities that encourage creativity and self-reflection, the programme helps them recognise and develop their inherent talents. Additionally, students will learn to apply these skills in real-world entrepreneurial contexts, including how to effectively market their ideas and manage the creation and growth of a business.
